• Chicago Culinary FX specializes in the design and manufacture of custom silicone and PETG molds for professional production environments. Our molds are produced using high-quality materials and are tested for durability, performance, and consistency.

• We stand behind the quality of our products. Custom mold orders may be eligible for exchange within 30 days of delivery, subject to inspection and approval. Due to the custom nature of our products, no refunds are offered, and returns are not accepted except as expressly stated in these terms.

• Chicago Culinary FX is a design and manufacturing business focused on precision mold solutions for a wide range of applications, including confectionery production, culinary use, industrial fabrication, laboratory environments, and specialty manufacturing. All molds are crafted with attention to detail, performance requirements, and long-term usability.

• All mold designs, tooling, and associated materials are the intellectual property of Chicago Culinary FX, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of our designs is prohibited.

• Our mission is to provide high-quality mold solutions and reliable service to every client. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services if there is misuse, misrepresentation, or violation of these terms.
